• Excellent assessment skills
• Strong knowledge of privacy legislation
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Experience with the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or HRIS is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

What You'll Do

• New hire immunization record review & record keeping
• Health & Safety assessments
• Flu clinics
• Mask fit testing
• Return to work programs
• Data entry for WSIB and STD
• Conducts administrative duties for the Manager of People Safety & Wellbeing
• Maintains employee records and statistics of clinic visits
• Actively participate, implementation, and maintenance of health & safety policies
• Develop Return to Work plans & Accommodations

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
• OHN (Occupational Health Nurse) certification
• BLS
• Excellent assessment skills
• Strong knowledge of privacy legislation
• Current registration and in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Ability to communicate in the local native Cree language is an asset

Salary: $89, $128,700.00
