The Opportunity

Superior Forklift is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative for our Customer Service Representative to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. As the Customer Service Representative, you will drive new sources of revenue for the Service department by selling service agreements and effectively managing customer relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive new Service and Parts revenue within an assigned territory
  • Meet sales targets by adding accounts to maintenance programs and establishing maintenance plans for customers
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer personnel
  • Conduct regular customer site visits and meet with new prospective customers
  • Produce leads and opportunities for all Leavitt Machinery business units
  • Track leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • At least 2 years of proven B2B outside sales experience
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, operations management or sales is a strong asset
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a CRM
  • Demonstrated professionalism, confidence, and a customer service mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated to achieve results
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Valid driver's license

The base pay range for this role is: $45,000 to $50,000 annually depending on experience plus uncapped commission. Total earnings in the first year estimated at approximately $100,000.

This is an onsite role based in Regina, Saskatchewan.
