Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Anipet Animal Supplies. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our staff in delivering exceptional service to our customers. The position is based in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Monitor Microsoft Teams, respond to inquiries on our designated customer service channel.
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Assist in training and development of new staff members.
- Booking Receiving Appointments
- Data Entry / Daily Receiving Postings
- Communicating Discrepancies with Vendors/Accounts Payable
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Prepare customers orders
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience in team management or supervisory roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and office management software.
