Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and nurturing young learners, with experience in early childhood education. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting children's developmental needs through various activities, including tutoring and cooking sessions. The Instructor will play a vital role in inspiring children to explore, learn, and grow in a safe and supportive setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons that incorporate tutoring, teaching, and hands-on activities such as cooking.
  • Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and educational development through personalized guidance and interaction.
  • Plan and organize activities that promote learning in areas such as early childhood education and classroom engagement.
  • Monitor and assess individual progress, providing feedback to parents or guardians as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program offerings and ensure consistency in teaching standards.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children with varying learning styles.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in tutoring or teaching young children is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in early childhood education or related classroom experience.
  • Experience working with children, demonstrating patience, creativity, and enthusiasm.
  • Skills in cooking or facilitating interactive activities are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to developmental stages.

Job Type: Part-time
