Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the customer service industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service, and overall operational efficiency while fostering a positive team environment.

Duties

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the business operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with public safety, and guidelines set by GNB
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure a cohesive team that delivers excellent service.
  • Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system to track sales and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a positive experience.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for managing transactions and reporting.
  • Exceptional team management abilities with a focus on motivating staff for peak performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
