What kind of person are we looking for?
- You are a certified Heavy-Duty Journeyperson/Journeyman (Red Seal).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment.
- Skilled at inspections, steering, brakes, suspension & diagnostics, adjustments, service and repair on various vehicles.
- Ability to excel in a physically demanding environment that includes heavy lifting and moving constantly throughout the day.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience and a strong awareness of working in a safety-focused environment.
How would you accomplish success?
- Motivated, Positive attitude, respectful work environment, develop team members in a positive atmosphere.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Help maintain a clean and organized shop to foster a safe work environment.
- Be a role model and mentor for other team members.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as needed.
- Being safety conscious is of utmost importance - always wear required PPE and follow instructed work protocols.
- Ability to assist in identifying potential mechanical opportunities with the Sales team.
