Evening Operations Coordinator

Full-time – Sunday to Thursday - 8:00PM to 4:30AM

Company Description

We are a fast-growing logistics company offering a niche temperature-controlled service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee the loading and unloading of trailers.
  • Maximize trailer loads while ensuring product safety.
  • Manage the team responsible for package sorting.
  • Monitor team performance.
  • Guide and ensure consistent performance follow-up with the team.
  • Ensure all equipment, both on the road and in the warehouse, is available, in good condition, and safe to use.
  • Support the dispatch team as needed.
  • Ensure procedures in place are followed correctly.
  • Follow up with drivers while they are on the road and upon their return to the warehouse.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in transport/operations
  • Knowledge of GTA geography is an asset
  • Forklift licence
