ETRO Construction is seeking a President's Assistant: to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the President. This role manages schedules, communications, special projects, and confidential information while ensuring smooth daily operations. Acting as a trusted partner, the President's Assistant enhances executive efficiency and supports collaboration across the organization.
What you'll do:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Support personal administrative tasks, scheduling, and logistics.
- Coordinate special projects and track progress on executive initiatives.
- Oversee office operations, filing systems, and reception support.
