We're on the lookout for a Service Advisor Assistant who's part concierge, part traffic controller, part customer service rockstar If you're friendly, focused, and love the sound of a smooth-running engine (and the satisfaction of a job well done), you might be exactly who we're looking for. 

Hourly Wage Range: $ $20.80 

What You'll Be Up To: 

• Welcome customers like old friends—because they are 
• Handle vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups like a pro. 
• Park and retrieve cars (yes, you get to drive them). 
• Do walkarounds, record concerns, tag keys, and prep vehicles for service. 
• Keep things sparkling—coordinate car washes, sanitize vehicles, help with snow clearing in winter. 
• Communicate clearly and kindly with customers—updates, service needs, next steps. 
• Support the service team and keep schedules on track. 
• Keep learning and leveling up with ongoing training. 
• Be the go-to person who makes the customer experience smooth and stress-free. 

What You Bring to the Table: 

• Valid driver's license with a clean record (bonus points if you can handle a manual). 
• People skills for days—friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in others. 
• Organized and reliable—you know how to manage your time and get stuff done. 
• Flexible and able to work outside in all kinds of weather. 
• Previous automotive or service advisor experience is a big asset. 
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
