JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and innovative Email Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on you will focus on creating and executing visually compelling email marketing campaigns while utilizing graphic design skills to support brand aesthetics and communication goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance email performance, engage audiences, and drive conversions. Your expertise in email marketing platforms, combined with a creative design approach, will be instrumental in amplifying our brand presence and supporting overall business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote services, products, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize platforms like Klaviyo to design, segment, and optimize email efforts for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Analyze email performance metrics to inform strategy and improve future campaigns.
Graphic Design & Brand Enhancement
- Create visually appealing graphics for email templates and other digital marketing materials to maintain cohesive brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across all channels and materials.
- Support branding efforts through innovative and on-brand visual materials.
Collaboration & Communication
- Stay current with email marketing and design best practices, emerging trends, and industry standards to suggest innovative approaches.

- Assist in the planning and development of promotional content for various channels.
- Support overall brand positioning efforts and contribute to organizational growth initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo; familiarity with Zenoti is a strong asset.
- Expertise in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create innovative, visually appealing marketing and promotional content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
- Background knowledge in the medical aesthetics or wellness industry is a strong asset.
- Creative mindset with innovative ideas for outreach, engagement, and content development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights to improve campaigns.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
