About the Opportunity
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close support
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Investigate and correct discrepancies/irregularities in financial entries, documents and reports
- Administer payroll end-to-end, ensure accurate calculations, remittances, and employee data maintenance
- Act as an ERP power user to support configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and compliance requirements
About You
- 2-5 years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- 1+ year processing payroll
- Strong knowledge of Epicor software or other ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- CPA or CMA designation is a plus
