Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Service Associate. Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper storage, preparation, and sanitation practices.
  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, and assembling dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by regularly cleaning surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is essential.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation of food items.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
