Job Summary

The
Solution Architect - Application Management
is responsible for designing detailed, high-quality
technical solutions
that meet project objectives and align with business requirements and enterprise technology standards. This role provides
solution architecture
, logical design, solution specification, technical guidance, quality assurance, and procurement support. The architect evaluates constraints, identifies alternatives, mitigates risks, and informs process redesign. They work closely with development and support teams to guide the implementation and testing of designed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver solution architecture, solution specification, logical architecture, system architecture guidance, and quality assurance.
• Design detailed technical solutions that meet project requirements and comply with organizational standards.
• Evaluate project constraints, identify alternatives, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to guide implementation and testing.
• Ensure designs are secure, maintainable, high quality, and aligned with privacy and security best practices.
• Support procurement activities related to solution architecture.
• Produce required design and architecture documentation, including conceptual and detailed solution designs.
• Apply accessibility, usability, and user experience design principles to solution development.
• Provide guidance on system architecture to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Function effectively in high-activity environments with competing timelines and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Education

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related discipline,
  or
  an equivalent combination of education and experience.
