Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director/ Manager (or designate), Rehab Centre for Children at SSCY Centre, this position provides administrative support to the Director/Manager.

The incumbent is responsible for the financial accounts and receivable and some supervision and leadership of the multi program admin team within the department, oversight and implementation of all admin guidelines, orientation and training of admin staff and basic orientation for all staff in Accuro, ensuring office supplies, assessment tools and resources are in stock and organized.

Education, Licenses, Registration & Experience:

· High school graduate, Manitoba Standards (required)

· Successful completion of a recognized secretarial training program (required).

· Successful completion in a recognized accounting program or 2 years accounting work experience. (required)

· Certificate courses in supervision/leadership/administration preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

· Minimum three (3) to five (5) years' admin experience

· Advanced written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work effectively both independently and within an inter-disciplinary team

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day.

Salary $ $27.941 per hour as per CUPE salary scale.

· Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and able to present a satisfactory Criminal Records Check (Including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse and Adult Abuse Registry Check.
