User Experience Designer

What You'll Do
· Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications that guide development and ensure high-quality implementation.
· Design end-to-end experiences for complex B2B SaaS tools, with a focus on desktop-first interfaces and scalable design systems.
· Own the full design process—from rapid ideation and UX research to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and detailed product specifications.
· Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
· Conduct and apply UX research to inform design decisions, validate concepts, and improve usability.
· Create and maintain design documentation, Figma libraries, and UX guidelines to support consistent implementation.
· Champion design quality through critiques, mentoring, and feedback loops.
· Contribute to and evolve our design system, working with centralized teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
