We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an outstanding client experience and thrives as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Service Advisors are the primary point of contact between customers and the dealership throughout the service process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle service needs
  • Providing repair and maintenance recommendations based on vehicle condition
  • Preparing accurate repair orders and service estimates
  • Safely and effectively pull customer vehicles into the service area as needed
  • Communicating required services, timelines, and costs clearly
  • Ability to maintain communication and updates on vehicles in a timely manner
  • Liaising between customers and technicians to support accurate diagnosis and repairs
  • Reviewing completed work orders for accuracy prior to vehicle pickup
  • Explaining repairs and invoices in a clear, customer-friendly manner
  • Be willing to assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery when required
  • Promoting maintenance packages, warranties, and dealership services
  • Addressing customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
  • Understand the importance of NPS/CSI tacking and actively contribute to maintaining and improving customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to a positive, team-oriented service department environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience
  • Ford brand experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of PBS is an asset
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident driving large vehicles (F-150 +)
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
  • Clean Driver's Abstract
