We're seeking a full-time Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our fast-paced and professional team. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that requires experience, precision, and a deep understanding of how to install film cleanly and efficiently on a wide range of vehicles & surfaces.

You will be responsible for prepping, installing, and inspecting PPF applications to ensure top-tier results. If you care about craftsmanship, have a great eye for detail, and want to work in a clean, climate-controlled, team-focused environment — this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately install PPF on a wide variety of vehicles using both pre-cut kits and bulk installation techniques
  • Ensure surfaces are properly prepped, cleaned, and free of contaminants before application
  • Perform clean trimming, wrapping edges, and heating/stretching film with zero stretch marks or lift lines
  • Work with precision on complex panels such as bumpers, hoods, and mirrors
  • Follow brand standards (XPEL, STEK, SunTek, etc.) and internal install protocols
  • Inspect completed work for quality assurance, making adjustments when necessary
  • Keep the work area clean and tools properly maintained
  • Communicate with other installers and management to coordinate workflow and timelines
  • Handle high-end vehicles with care and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on PPF installation experience
  • Proficient in both pre-cut and bulk installation methods
  • Deep knowledge of paint protection films and tools (knives, squeegees, steamers, heat guns, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail — no tolerance for bubbles, lift lines, or stretch marks
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Professionalism and respect when working around clients, vehicles, and teammates
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice to Have (Assets):

  • Brand certifications (e.g., XPEL, STEK, 3M, SunTek)
  • Experience in vinyl wraps, tint, Ceramic Coatings, Paint Correction or detailing
  • Familiarity with design software, plotters, or pre-cut software systems
  • Portfolio or examples of past PPF installs
