Position Summary

Thrive is seeking an experienced, client-centred Lead Naturopathic Doctor who shares its values of integrity, transparency, compassion, and innovation. You're passionate about your craft, grounded in professionalism, and inspired by the opportunity to contribute within a connected community that values holistic wellness, collaboration, and authentic care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic, client-centred, and evidence-informed naturopathic care

  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation using Jane App

  • Collaborate with fellow practitioners to support integrated care

  • Offer mentorship and leadership within the collective

  • Uphold privacy, professionalism, transparency, and the values that define Thrive's culture

Qualifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO)

  • Minimum 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills

  • Alignment with Thrive's values — innovative, transparent, supportive, community-focused, and growth-minded

  • Additional training or a developed clinical focus in areas such as women's health, men's health, fertility, digestive wellness, stress management, or nutrition considered an asset

Compensation

Percentage-based split with all processing fees covered by Thrive.

Thrive provides front-facing administrative and client-service support — both online and in-person — to help build, nurture, and celebrate client relationships, allowing practitioners to focus fully on delivering exceptional therapeutic care.
