HVAC/R Technician

Patan Heating and Air is accepting applications for 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or Journeyman Refrigeration technicians to join our company

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about installing and repairing various HVAC equipment, has excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, is solution focused, has confidence in their ability, as well as the confidence to ask questions, in addition to a strong work ethic.

Patan Heating & Air Ltd is a small and fast-growing business servicing the Okanagan Valley. Our specialty: commercial and residential new construction design, installation, maintenance, and repairs.

Your experience with Patan Heating includes participation in a niche market where you will either learn or increase your knowledge regarding select energy efficient equipment, in addition to installation and maintenance requirements that you would not be exposed to otherwise.

Our work includes:

• Commercial HVAC installation, service, and maintenance
• Residential installation, service, and maintenance
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and service residential and commercial HVAC units
• Present findings and quote options to customers, providing advice as needed / requested
• Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements
• Assisting with service calls - troubleshooting, quoting, repairing, error codes, diagnosing, ordering parts, or repairing on-site
• Communicating with customers on service requests, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
