Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee social media channels
  • Maintain & coordinate project calendars and ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Track and report on Marketing campaign performance, social data, and lead generation metrics
  • Support internal and external communication by coordinating schedules, meetings and reporting for stakeholders and vendors
  • Field incoming requests, respond and coordinate to ensure alignment on tasks and timelines
  • Oversee audience engagement and interactions on social channels
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive social media messaging
  • Report quarterly on social media performance to stakeholders
  • Take detailed notes in stakeholder meetings and assign project responsibilities and timelines accordingly

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to work
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with the ability to collaborate and work independently when required
  • Bonus Points for knowledge of social media platforms and trends
