About Us:

Peak Rehab is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Brampton, offering chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and psychotherapy services. We are expanding our offerings and are looking for a Chiropodist to join our team on a bi-weekly basis (one day every two weeks). This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative team and serve an established and growing patient base.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chiropodist to provide foot and lower limb care to patients in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, personable, and able to work independently while aligning with our clinic's patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
  • Perform routine foot care, including nail trimming, callus and corn removal
  • Treat conditions such as plantar fasciitis, ingrown toenails, fungal infections, warts, bunions, diabetic foot complications, and heel pain
  • Provide custom orthotic assessments, casting, and fittings
  • Educate patients on foot health, footwear, and preventative care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Ensure all instruments are properly sterilized and treatment areas meet infection control standards

Requirements:

  • Registration in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario (COCOO)
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary clinic preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as a contractor
  • Familiarity with electronic charting systems
