Job Summary

We're currently seeking an experienced Dealership Controller/ Dealership Junior Controller to help assist out accounting operations and support our continued growth with our automotive Dealerships here at PF Automobile Dealers Inc. This is a leadership position that plays a central role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our dealership. Responsibilities & Duties:

· Oversee all dealership accounting and financial reporting functions.

.Analyze both monthly and annual financial statements.

. Analyze both forecasts, and budgets.

. Help in the management of cash flow, floorplan financing, and manufacturer financial reporting.

. Ensure accurate compliance with relevant regulations, GAAP, and OEM requirements.

. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

. Assist in payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

. Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations and support year-end audits.

. Work alongside department managers to analyze performance and improve profitability.

. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across all financial operations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred but not required).

. Dealership experience is a MUST. (Required)

. A minimum of 5+ years of automotive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role. (Required)

.Strong understanding of dealership accounting principles.

.Proficiency in CDK Global, and other dealership management software. (Required).

. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, including budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and account analysis.

. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
