A career as a Senior Analyst in Wealth Management within National Bank Financial team means acting as a trusted expert in financial planning and client advisory. This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in financial planning, experience in client relationship management, and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Your Role
- Coordinate and prioritize client requests, ensuring all administrative needs are fully addressed.
- Collaborate closely with the lead advisor to implement service plans, prepare meetings, and draft tailored proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client accounts and suggest improvements to enhance service and deliver added value.
- Assess planning needs (retirement, tax, estate, financial security) and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Engage with internal experts and wealth solutions managers to identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and referrals.
- Prepare or oversee comprehensive financial plans, develop retirement projections, and follow up to ensure plans remain relevant over time.

Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial services
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in financial planning preferred (creating plans, retirement projections, follow-up)
- Possess a mutual funds representative (RR) license, an asset
- Master tools and methods for client information gathering, documentation of recommendations, and compliance
- Show solid experience in client service and administrative operations related to wealth management
