We are building a team that thrives on data, collaboration, and impact. As an FP&A Solutions Consultant, you'll apply your financial modeling expertise to deploy Limelight for clients—helping them modernize their planning and unlock new insights. This role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance who want to expand their careers into FP&A technology, consulting, and advisory.
What You'll DoDeploy Limelight's FP&A platform for clients, configuring models, templates, and reporting structures to match business needs.
Build and optimize driver-based financial models that evaluate business performance, forecast growth, and connect operational metrics to financial outcomes.
Partner with client finance teams to replace spreadsheets with scalable automation, ensuring accurate, consistent, and real-time planning.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis projects across revenue, Opex, workforce, and Capex planning.
Deliver insights on KPIs and business drivers that guide executive decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor, presenting financial and operational insights clearly to finance leaders and stakeholders.
3–5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel (advanced formulas, scenarios, sensitivity analysis).
Proven ability to analyze financial statements, drivers, and metrics.
Quick to learn and configure new systems and data relationships.
Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex models into actionable insights.
Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Interest in FP&A technology and the opportunity to consult on modern finance transformations.
