The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Sales & Partnerships Associate to help grow our brand across Canada. You'll play a key role in developing retail partnerships, supporting sales initiatives, and expanding our market presence. This remote position offers excellent exposure to B2B sales and relationship management in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development

• Research and connect with potential retail partners, boutiques, and distributors across Canada
• Support sales initiatives to increase brand visibility and market share
• Manage sales pipeline using CRM software, tracking leads and opportunities
• Assist with promotional campaigns and marketing activities
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the kids fashion sector

Partnership Development

• Identify partnership opportunities with Canadian retailers and brands
• Support onboarding process for new retail partners
• Maintain regular communication with partners regarding inventory and operations
• Present product information and value proposition to potential partners
• Coordinate partner activities for product launches and seasonal campaigns

Relationship Management

• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Respond promptly to retailer and partner inquiries
• Work with internal teams (buying, logistics, marketing) to meet partner needs
• Collect market feedback to improve products and services
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and partner communications

Required Qualifications

• Recent graduate or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Retail Management, or related field
• Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (required for this position)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Comfortable conducting phone calls, video meetings, and email outreach
• Organized with strong time management abilities
• Willingness to occasionally travel within Canada for meetings or events

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or experience in sales, retail, or business development
• Understanding of the Canadian retail landscape
• Interest in kids fashion and children's products
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotion
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position. Standard work hours are Monday-Friday, with flexibility for occasional early or late meetings to accommodate different time zones. You must have a dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

Some travel within Canada may be required (2-4 times per year) for trade shows, partner meetings, or team events. Travel expenses are covered by the company.
