Requirements

  • 0-3 year experience in wall cladding and standing seam installation and maintenance
  • Ability use of hand and power tools
  • Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
  • Ability to understand and carry out company safety regulations and procedures
  • Have problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with other employees
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as required Drivers license an asset but must be able to get to and from job sites
  • hold current CSTS, end user MEWP and Fall Protection training certification would be advantageous but not required.

Duties

  • Prepare and assist with install of various exterior metal panel, ACM, phenolic, cementitious, wall systems and standing seam metal roofing.
  • Prepare and assist with install of membrane, insulation, subgirt support systems and flashings
  • Use power tools, and hand tools to cut, bend, shape, and finish sheet metal roofing and cladding panels.
  • Follow safety procedures at all times.
  • Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
  • Completing paperwork and documentation related to job tasks. This will include safety paperwork.
  • Other duties as required.

Pay: $20.00-$300.00 per hour
