  • Monitor and optimize the company's technology stack, identifying opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and security.
  • Provide reports and documentation to communicate technical outcomes and best practices to internal stakeholders.
  • Support training, change management, and cross-team collaboration to ensure successful adoption of IT systems and initiatives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all IT-related matters and perform other duties as needed to advance organizational goals.
  • Support CI/CD infrastructure by maintaining build machines, code repositories, and integration pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain Cybersecurity Test Plan to meet cybersecurity requirements for regulatory bodies.
  • Supporting Cybersecurity Verification and Validation activities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT management or systems administration, preferably in a startup, research, or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), networking, cybersecurity, and system integration.
  • Experience implementing IT policies, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
  • Nice to have understanding of regulatory requirements.
