Superintendent / Property Manager

  • Maintaining the property: landscaping, snow removal, salting, litter removal
  • Performing maintenance/repairs to apartments, including painting, plastering, patching and touch-ups, carpentry repairs, flooring, cabinets, counter-tops, vanities, reglazing tubs, cleaning, replacing broken locks and handles, changing faucets and light fixtures, and other simple plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Property Manager: Collecting rents, tenancy applications and other paperwork from residents
  • Interacting professionally and responsively with residents
  • Providing emergency on-call support for residents
  • Showing apartments as they become available for rent
  • Recording and tracking tenant requests and related responses

Must have a truck or van and a positive disposition.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

  • Brantford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
