Skills and Qualifications:
Must Have:
- ·4-10 years' experience in the financial services firm
- 4-7 years' experience in Internal or External Audit, or Control testing required.
- Ability to communicate well across all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of banking and brokerage products, and operational processes with a focus on testing Laws, Rules and Regulations
- Understand the business and applicability of regulations to identify key risk areas for the review and focus on the key areas for testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills (capable of handling multiple, simultaneous, and various ad-hoc requests)
- Openness to new ideas and suggestions and able to propose new ideas and enhancements; know when to escalate challenges
- Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment.
Nice to Have:
- Work experience in regulatory compliance function within corporate/investment bank
- Good working knowledge of audit principles
- Certifications/licenses: CIA, CPA, CFA, FRM, Series 7
LANGUAGE: French and English
