NOW HIRING: On-Call Snow Removal Crew (3–4 Man Team Needed)

We are looking for a reliable on-call snow removal crew for the upcoming winter season. This position is ideal for a small team of 3–4 dependable workers who can consistently show up whenever it snows and complete jobs professionally and efficiently.

What We Need:

  • A crew of 3–4 guys who can work together and be available on-call during snowfalls
  • Must have your own truck/transportation to get to various job sites
  • Ability to shovel, salt, clear walkways, driveways, and small properties as required
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work early mornings, late nights, or whenever the snowfall hits
  • Professional work ethic — jobs must be completed cleanly and thoroughly

Compensation:

Wages will be discussed based on experience, reliability, and gas usage, as well as per-man pay for serious applicants or established crews we can count on.
