What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking and outreach (cold calling). Mainly cold calling at the first stage (first months) of your career.
- Research new business opportunities using industry tools and resources.
- Partner with senior advisors to develop tailored plans for retirement, investment, tax, and wealth transfer.
- Contribute to business development and client service initiatives.
- Support all aspects of the client process from portfolio design to long-term wealth strategies.
- Build and grow your advisory practice with the support of an experienced team.
Mentorship & Professional Growth
You'll learn directly from top-performing advisors through shadowing, one-on-one coaching, and structured mentorship. We'll guide you through licensing (CSC, CPH) and professional development, equipping you with the skills to become an independent wealth advisor within a couple of years.
