CNC Grinder (Surface & Cylindrical)

Location: Vaughan, ON

About the Role

We're seeking a CNC Grinder with experience in surface or cylindrical grinding. This role focuses on producing high-precision aerospace and nuclear components with exceptional surface finishes and tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC surface and/or cylindrical grinders.
  • Program and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance.
  • Inspect parts using precision measurement tools.
  • Read technical drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of CNC grinding experience (surface or cylindrical).
  • Strong knowledge of grinding operations and tooling.
  • Experience in precision manufacturing or aerospace preferred.
  • Ability to hold tight tolerances and work independently.
