About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused, results-driven In-Store Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and helping us reduce store-level delinquency. This position plays a key role in protecting our business while supporting our customers through difficult financial situations.

Please note: This is an in-person position and is not eligible for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact customers with overdue loans via phone, text, email, or in person.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements that align with company policies and customer circumstances.
  • Accurately document all collection activity and communication in our system.
  • Assist with in-store operations including loan processing and customer service when required.
  • Work with store leadership to identify and prioritize high-risk or non-responsive accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, company policies, and privacy standards.
  • Monitor individual and store-level collection performance, aiming to exceed targets.
