About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Power Platform Solutions Architect
to lead the design, integration, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role demands strategic vision, technical depth, and a proven ability to mentor and enable citizen developers within a structured governance framework.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement scalable Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)
  • Lead migration strategies from MS Dynamics On-Premise to Power Platform, including complex data migration
  • Integrate Power Platform components with existing enterprise systems and AI technologies
  • Develop and execute governance models for citizen development programs
  • Mentor and enable citizen developers across departments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals
  • Ensure accessibility compliance and inclusive design practices
  • Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines while on-site

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet or exceed the following criteria:

Experience

  • Minimum
    12 years
    as a Computer Application Support Consultant or equivalent
  • Minimum
    1 year
    of experience in:
  • Citizen Development governance
  • Mentorship and enablement of citizen developers
  • Minimum
    5 years
    of experience in:
  • Designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform strategies and roadmaps
  • Integrating Power Platform components into enterprise solutions
  • Leveraging AI technologies within Power Platform solutions
  • Migrating MS Dynamics On-Premise legacy systems to Power Platform

Certification

  • Must hold
    Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
    certification or equivalent

Language

  • English proficiency required; bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory

Security Clearance

  • Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain a
    Secret-level security clearance
    through the Government of Canada's Contract Security Program.
  • If not currently cleared, candidates must be willing to undergo the screening process, including fingerprinting and background checks.
