Team Size: 15 full-time employees.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-driven Product Manager to join our growing team at Nebula Platforms. In this role, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our automation-driven platform products, ensuring they meet the needs of both our clients and internal teams.

You will act as the bridge between business objectives, engineering capabilities, and customer needs — while also taking a leadership role in building and managing a high-performing product team from scratch. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and excited about creating structure, processes, and teams that can scale as Nebula Platforms continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap for Nebula Platforms' automation-focused products.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and market feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
  • Develop clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and support internal and external stakeholders during launches.
  • Monitor product performance and continuously optimize for user satisfaction and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in automation and IT platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management (experience in SaaS, PaaS, automation, or IT platforms preferred). and 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to work with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver products from concept to launch.
