What You'll Do:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GUIDEWIRE LEAD DEVELOPER for our ISG team with 10 to 14 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire Insurance Suite Policy Center and related tools. This role involves designing and implementing solutions that align with business objectives ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust solutions using Guidewire Ins Suite to meet business requirements and enhance system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire Policy Center with existing systems.
  • Utilize Guidewire Tools and accelerators to optimize system performance and streamline processes.
  • Develop and maintain the PC-Rating Management Module to ensure accurate and efficient policy rating.
  • Monitor system performance using Splunk to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Implement and manage the Guidewire APD to support product definition and lifecycle management.
  • Oversee the integration of Guidewire Ins Suite with other enterprise applications to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Customize PCF and Gosu components to meet specific business needs and improve user experience.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead efforts to continuously improve system architecture and design to enhance scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure that all solutions align with the company's strategic goals and contribute to overall business success.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Guidewire Ins Suite and PolicyCenter is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in Guidewire Ins Suite and ClaimCenter is essential.

Proficiency in Guidewire Tools and accelerators is required.

Experience with PC-Rating Management Module and Splunk is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of Guidewire APD and integration techniques is necessary.

Familiarity with PCF and Gosu customization is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
