Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and the clinical team, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and patient education. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care and support. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and providing excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.

Duties

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and scheduling
  • Explain treatment options and procedures clearly to patients, ensuring understanding of their dental care plans
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling with the clinical team to optimize workflow and patient convenience
  • Assist patients with financial arrangements, including insurance processing and payment options
  • Maintain accurate records within electronic medical records systems
  • Follow up with patients regarding treatment acceptance and compliance
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care delivery
  • Manage administrative tasks related to patient intake, documentation, and correspondence

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience at dental office environment is preferred
  • Minimum 2 Years of Dental Tracker Application Experience is required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and office software applications
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage patients
  • Prior experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
