What We DoThere has never been a more exciting time to be at WAHA. We are an integrated health system providing the full continuum of care to the six communities of the western James Bay coast with over 500 employees, physicians, and partners in care. Who You Are

• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles
• Ability to interpret, understand, and explain purchase orders
• Understanding of inventory management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do

• Timely processing of Purchase orders generated from the Stock usage report while assuring proper order quantities are maintained
• Processing of verified Purchase requisitions for non-stock items
• Monitoring Purchase orders and confirm pricing, package size, order quantities and delivery dates are accurate
• Source new products/price quotations and provide information to requestors and management when requested
• Monitor usage trends on all inventory items, review order points, to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained
• Filing and keeping organized records for all Purchase order documentation
• Follow up and expedite all Purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods

What You Bring

• Successful completion of secondary school
• College Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• Valid driver's license
• WHMIS training
• Ability to communicate in the local native Cree language is an asset
