Whitby Oshawa Honda – part of one of Canada One Auto Group – is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Touch-Up Painter to join our reconditioning team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform touch-up paint repairs on vehicles across our new and pre-owned inventory.
  • Match paint colours accurately using computerized systems and manual techniques.
  • Carry out water sanding, polishing, and blending to achieve high-quality finishes.
  • Inspect vehicles to identify paint imperfections, chips, or scratches and determine the best repair method.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the paint and prep areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the detailing, service, and sales teams to ensure timely turnaround of vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive paint or touch-up repair.
  • Strong skills in colour matching, blending, and finishing.
  • Experience with water sanding and polishing techniques.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
