Your Role

The Client Experience position combines reception, service, and operational support. As a true Spa ambassador, you are the guest's first impression and contribute to ensuring a seamless and memorable experience at every stage.

Your Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome guests and accompany them throughout their visit
  • Manage spa and massage therapy bookings in the reservation system
  • Verify schedule accuracy and ensure proper guest care
  • Handle billing and follow up on payments
  • Respond attentively to in-person, phone, and email inquiries
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and order in common areas
  • Preserve the serenity and cleanliness of all spaces
  • Replenish supplies and assist with laundry operations
  • Collaborate closely with the team and management
  • Perform any other related tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the spa
Profile Sought

  • High school diploma completed
  • Excellent command of French (bilingualism is a strong asset)
  • Available Wednesday to Sunday, full-time, including weekends
