We are looking for a Real Estate Coordinator to join the EB Games team at our Store Support Centre (SSC) in Brampton, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of related experience in retail real estate. In this role, you will work directly with the Real Estate Director to achieve the following:

  • Addressing any maintenance and repair issues within the stores and SSC by dispatching trade workers accordingly and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining ServiceChannel to ensure that jobs are approved, tracked and paid through the system
  • Coordinating with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment to contractors and service providers as well as follow up on payments on their behalf
  • Maintaining a database of approved contractors and service providers per store and district, and keeping the construction file system up to date
  • Liaising between vendors, contractors and the Real Estate department
  • Managing receipt and approval of final construction closeout documents including lien releases and certificate of occupancy from contractors
  • Coordinating SSC and Fulfilment Centre maintenance and building related issues and placing service requests with contractors as required
