Company Description
Reporting to the General Manager, this role is vital to ensuring the fitness facilities, equipment, and change rooms are maintained and cleaned in accordance with Brand Standards and the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Schedule: Full-time hrs/week);
Shifts available: Monday-Friday between 7am and 3pm.
Please note: We are looking for female candidates as this role is responsible for maintenance of the female locker room. Position Summary

· Completing daily and weekly housekeeping checklists as assigned and scheduled
· Ensuring a safe and clean environment for our staff, guests and members
· Performing special cleaning projects as assigned
· May assist in keeping track of supplies and adequate stock
· Adhere to and maintain all safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures in compliance with COVID-19 provincial requirements
· Using all janitorial supplies in accordance with product labels and club manuals
· Helps identify problems with equipment or building maintenance
· Attending all required training sessions and meetings
· Duties will require contact with club management, staff and members while adhering to mandated physical distancing requirements
· Reporting any member complaints to General Manager
· Performing other duties as assigned by General Manager Qualifications
· Positive, professional, and team oriented
· Understand and follow oral and written instructions
· Work independently in the absence of supervision
· Establish and maintain cooperative-working relationships with those contacted in the course of duties
· Custodial experience is an asset
· Strong attention to detail
Physical Demands of the Position
Duties require standing, sitting, walking bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using cleaning chemicals. Use of ladders and tall cleaning utensils may be required. Perks
