Here is what you will be doing each day:

  • Greet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely
  • Provide information about the hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Assist guests with luggage and other needs as required
  • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests

Who We're Looking For:

Customer-Focused Individuals: Outgoing and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities

Attention to Detail: Highly organized and meticulous, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Teamwork and Independence: Capable of working effectively in a collaborative team setting while also contributing independently

Valet or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in valet or customer service roles is highly valued
