The Role
We are seeking a results-driven and analytically minded Strategic Program Managers to lead high-impact initiatives spanning loyalty programs, operations and partner enablement. These roles blend strategic planning with commercial execution, while enabling growth through thoughtful engagement with customers & internal operations
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for Neo Financial executives against an impact area, owning monitoring, timing, and delivery against target outcomes
- Translate business needs into structured problem-solving approaches and lead the team in delivering results
- Oversee data gathering, quantitative analysis, and synthesis of insights into a well defined roadmap to drive customer growth
- Ensure quality control and rigor across work streams and deliverables, providing operational support and establishing best practices where needed
- Own and manage the day-to-day execution of the program, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met
- Identify and manage risks, course-correcting as needed to keep initiatives on track
- Jump in to support and unblock initiative owners by any means necessary
- Bring industry insights, best practices, and innovative thinking to Neo's business challenges
Who we are looking for:
- You have 5+ years of experience in a Program or Portfolio management role within a fast paced environment
- Proven experience in creatively positioning products in a highly competitive and regulated environment on the national and/or global stage
- Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
- Experience advising senior leadership teams
- Experience working with Product, Engineering and Technical teams an asset
- Ability to drive urgency while maintaining high quality of work
