Bilingual Business Information Specialist (French/English)

We're a well-established company specializing in commercial credit reporting and employment background screening, and we're currently seeking a motivated self-starter Bilingual Business Information Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a bright, energetic individual with exceptional communication skills in both English and French, who's looking to launch a meaningful career in business research and information services.

Requirements include:

  • Fluency in English and French (spoken; strong written English; intermediate written French)
  • Professional phone presence and confident communication style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate keyboarding skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability
  • A naturally curious and assertive personality
  • High school diploma (post-secondary education an asset)
  • Experience in recruiting or referencing is a plus, but not required

As a Business Information Specialist, you'll conduct research and gather business intelligence through phone interviews and online database searches. Your work will contribute to comprehensive reports on companies and individuals for our clients. A full training program is provided to ensure your success in the role.

Once fully trained and consistently meeting performance goals, employees may be eligible for a hybrid work-from-home schedule.

Our office is situated in a prestigious business complex and offers a regularly scheduled, free shuttle service to and from Don Mills subway station and Fairview Mall.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 to 5:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 per hour
