Director, Product – Digital Identity

Job Description
RBC's Digital team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and innovative Director, Product Digital Identity for its Digital Channels and Solutions team, to create new digital identity patterns across RBC's distribution channels. In this role, you will be accountable for interacting with partners and stakeholders, create and manage a product roadmap to support the Digital Identity strategy and enable use cases for different lines of business. The successful candidate will also be accountable for product reporting, opportunity analysis, creation of funding request to support product maintenance and development, managing business relationships with key suppliers, as well as lead a team of Sr Product Managers.
What will you do?
Be a key contact for planning efforts of organizational projects
Perform metric and customer analysis for Digital Identity Products and communicate meaningful insights to the Digital Channels and Solutions team
Recommend new product features or enhancement
Manage a backlog and product roadmap
Collaborate with designers, management, internal business partners, delivery leads, engineers and other subject matter experts
Help define OKRs to drive success of our Digital Identity Products
Build relationships with different partners across the organization to identify how we can find ways to improve different business objectives
What do you need to succeed?
Must have Skill:
10+ years' of experience in product management strategy, strong data and analytics background
5+ years of people management experience
Experience in Financial Services and/or Digital
Understand and fluent usage across a broad spectrum of technologies including mobile technologies, AI, security, web
Creative and conceptual thinker as well as, strong attention to detail and organization skills
People management experience
Drive to continuously improve yourself and those are you
Must have Skill:
MBA or other advanced degrees
Product Management experience
