Responsibilities
When your actions lead to success:

• Drive the evolution of data-driven marketing with a strong emphasis on data engineering and data science, ensuring impactful advancements in data quality, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to improve campaign targeting, distribution efficiency, and client ROI
• Lead a diverse team of data analytics resources to deliver quality analysis, interpretation of findings and clear articulation of results and insights to internal business stakeholder partners as well as external customers
• Partner with product, sales, and client service teams to ensure accurate reporting, actionable insights, and effective communication of analytics results
• Enhance research capabilities by integrating digital, mobile, POS, and traditional data sets into robust measurement and forecasting models
• Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling presentations and recommendations for clients and senior leadership
• Champion the use of advanced analytics techniques (predictive modeling, segmentation, attribution, etc.) to guide strategic decision-making
• Ensure proper data governance policies are followed by implementing or validating data lineage, quality checks, classification, etc.
• Ensure continuos innovation in marketing science tools, methodologies, and technologies.
• Represent our company externally as a thought leader in geomarketing, data-driven media, and omni-channel campaign optimization

Qualifications
When your expertise drives us:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 8+ years of leadership experience in marketing analytics, data science, or marketing strategy roles, ideally within retail, media, or distribution sectors
• Proven expertise in geomarketing, customer segmentation, and campaign measurement
• Strong command of data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic insights
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-driven recommendations
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of retail marketing practices, flyer/media distribution, or omni-channel strategies considered a strong asset
