We offer technology-enabled services, designed to handle all estate planning and settlement needs (a massive $40B market). About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, autonomous and well-rounded HR Coordinator to join our team and support a wide range of HR functions. This role is ideal for a professional with 4 - 6 years of experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute in building a strong and positive company culture and supporting the day-to-day HR operations. This position reports to the Senior Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy updates and offboarding
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate HR guidance for Payroll and Benefits inquiries
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with compliance requirements, documentation, and reporting
  • Partner with managers on employee relations matters and help implement effective HR solutions
  • Contribute to process improvements and support broader HR projects as needed
  • Manage our office spaces by maintaining the office administrative duties 
  • Lead the coordination of company social events

Qualifications

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment standards/laws, and HR processes
  • Excellent communication skills (FR & ENG) and ability to build strong working relationships
  • High level of autonomy, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Rippling HRIS system and Google Workspace, is a plus
  • This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office
