BrightCore Electrical is a growing electrical and automation contractor based in the GTA. We handle high-end residential and commercial projects, and we take pride in doing clean, professional work. We believe success comes from giving genuine value through the way we communicate, build relationships, and deliver quality in every project. We're looking for someone who can help bring in new business and grow with us.
About the Role
We're hiring a commission-based sales representative to connect with builders, homeowners, designers, and property managers. You'll be responsible for finding leads, building relationships, and closing jobs.
The role involves daily communication, making calls, visiting job sites and sending follow-up emails to build trust, long-term connections and close the deal.
What We're Looking For:
- Ambitious, self-motivated and outgoing individual with proven track record in sales
- Comfortable meeting with clients, represent with professionalism and energy
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (for travel across the GTA)
- Excellent communication skills and the drive to meet and exceed targets
- Some experience or knowledge in construction, electrical, or trades is a strong asset (but not required). Training and support will be provided
- Fluent in English
