Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, enhancing user experience, and driving traffic through various digital marketing strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO best practices, and a passion for digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
- Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content and product listings for search engines, ensuring high visibility in search results.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Create compelling content for product descriptions, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and performance marketing strategies.
- Maintain the e-commerce website using WordPress, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency in lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce best practices.
- Experience with Google Ads, SEM, Google AdWords, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred for website management tasks.
- Strong skills in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques and performance marketing metrics.
- Excellent copywriting abilities with a keen eye for detail in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
